Michael Green

Michael Green is President & CEO, Science for Everyone, Inc. (SFE).

SFE is a unique and interactive science and technology company that is committed to increasing math and science interest at the elementary school level.

Prior to making a full-time commitment to SFE, Mr. Green held a number of significant positions in both the public and private sector.

He served as the speechwriter to the Chief Marketing Officer at Delta Air Lines - the third largest airline in the world. Concurrent with these duties, Mr. Green oversaw the marketing division's intranet, where he directed web-based communications for all revenue-generating departments within the airline.

Before joining Delta, Mr. Green served as a speechwriter to executives at Georgia-Pacific - one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of paper, chemicals and building products. In this capacity, his duties extended to serving as editor of GROWTH magazine, which, under his editorship, was recognized by the Georgia Press Association as the second-best company publication in the State.

A seasoned professional, Mr. Green also served as the speechwriter to the president of SciTrek - one of the Top 10 science museums in the United States, formerly located in the heart of downtown Atlanta.

While at SciTrek, Mr. Green created the nationally recognized outreach program, Professor Weebil and The Science Machine, where he performed electrifying science demonstrations at elementary schools and other venues throughout Georgia.

Due to the program's success, the Subaru of America Foundation, Inc. awarded SciTrek with two automobiles to further extend the museum's outreach - one of only two such national awards made annually.

A passionate educator and an enthusiastic entrepreneur, Mr. Green is active in community service, public speaking and education-based activities as well.

Mr. Green is a graduate of Morehouse College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Linguistics. He and his wife have two young children and reside in metropolitan Atlanta.
